Our Story

K.O.G. Serene Homes grew from a simple belief: being away from home should still feel comfortable, welcoming and well cared for.

Our journey began in furnished short-term accommodation, where we gained firsthand experience of what it takes to operate a home well — from preparing the space and caring for the property to creating a smooth and comfortable experience for every guest.

Along the way, we learned that successful accommodation goes beyond providing a beautiful place to stay. It requires attention to detail, reliable operations, good communication and genuine care for both the guest and the property.

Those experiences have shaped K.O.G. Serene Homes into the business we are building today — combining hospitality with professional property management and developing partnerships that create long-term value.

Take care of the home. Take care of the guest. Build relationships that last.

How We Work

We believe good hospitality is built on consistency, care and accountability.

Whether we are welcoming a guest, managing a property or working with a partner, we approach every relationship with the same principle: do the job properly, communicate clearly and take responsibility for the details.

Hospitality First
We put the guest experience at the centre of how we prepare and operate our homes.
Care for Every Property
A property is more than an income-generating asset. We treat each home with the care and attention it deserves.
Professional Operations
Good results depend on reliable systems, responsive communication and consistent standards.
Long-Term Relationships
We aim to build relationships with guests, owners and partners that go beyond a single transaction.

Our Vision

To build a trusted hospitality and property-management company that connects quality homes, exceptional guest experiences and meaningful property partnerships.

We see K.O.G. Serene Homes growing beyond individual accommodation units into a trusted platform for hospitality and property opportunities in Kenya and, over time, beyond.

Our ambition is to grow responsibly — expanding the homes we operate, supporting more property owners, creating stronger partnerships and delivering experiences that people can rely on.

Growing with purpose.
Building for the long term.

K.O.G. Serene Homes

Growing responsibly, home by home.

Why K.O.G. Serene Homes

Because we understand both the home and the business behind it.

Our experience in furnished accommodation has given us a practical understanding of what makes a property work — not just as a place for someone to stay, but as an asset that needs to be properly operated, maintained and cared for.

We bring together the perspective of a hospitality operator with the responsibility of a property manager. That means we pay attention to the guest experience while keeping an eye on the condition, performance and long-term value of the property.

Hands-On Experience
We operate in the accommodation space ourselves, giving us practical insight into the realities of hosting and property operations.
One Connected Approach
Guests, properties and partnerships are not treated as separate pieces. We look at the complete experience.
Built for Long-Term Growth
We are developing K.O.G. Serene Homes with the intention of building lasting relationships and a sustainable business.
