The space

This 3-bedroom apartment with a DSQ has 5 beds in total and accommodates up to 6 guests (maximum 7 with an extra bed). Two rooms are ensuite, including the master, which comes with its own Smart TV. Air conditioning and overhead fans keep things comfortable, and you’ll also find WiFi, hot showers and a private balcony with sea views.

Daily housekeeping is included, with linen changed every 2 days. A backup generator keeps the power on, and the lift makes getting to the 4th floor effortless.

Guest access

Entry is by smart lock, and an intercom connects you to the security office at the gate if you have visitors. Guests have full use of the apartment and the shared rooftop pool within the compound, which is shared with other apartment units.

Other things to note

Check-in/check-out: Check-in from 2:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.

Electricity: Runs on a prepaid token system. Your host will top up KES 1,000 at check-in; once that’s depleted, guests will need to arrange their own top-up.

Extra bed: Available at KES 2,000 per night.

Laundry: Available at KES 1,000 per load.

Parking: One car maximum.

Pets: Not allowed.

Overnight guests: Not allowed. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Shared compound: The apartment is in a shared compound with other units, so please be considerate of neighbours.
