Nyali Sea-View Studio

Tucked away on 5th Avenue in a safe, quiet corner of Nyali, this spacious studio is a comfortable base for exploring the coast. A fully furnished kitchen makes it easy to self-cater, and the private balcony is the highlight, catching the breeze with a lovely sea view. City Mall, with its restaurants, supermarket, clothing stores, gym and kids' play area, is just 5 minutes away on foot. Nyali Centre, with more restaurants, clothing stores, banks and salons, is 10 minutes away, and Nyali Beach is a 10–15 minute walk.

Guest access

Guests have full use of the studio, and the swimming pool is included at no extra cost. Plenty of free parking is also available on-site.

Other things to note

Power: The studio uses a prepaid token system, topped up at KES 300 per load. Using the fan alone is efficient and a single top-up can last around 3 days. The air conditioning uses significantly more power. If it's left running for a full day or night, a KES 300 top-up may only last that one day. We recommend using the AC sparingly, and only when needed, to make your tokens last longer. Top-ups are quick and easy if you do run low.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the studio. Guests are welcome to smoke on the private balcony with the door closed.
